A broca para metal HSS PointTeQ permite perfuração rápida em metal graças ao desenho da ponta PointTeQ. Os início de perfuração podem ser rápidos e fáceis porque a ponta de autocentragem evita desvios. Devido à sua taxa de perfuração superior, é produzido menos calor e o desgaste é menor. O desenho da ponta PointTeQ continua aguçado e garante durabilidade continuada. Esta broca é adequada para perfurar orifícios piloto e finais em aço ligado e não ligado, metais não ferrosos, aço fundido, ferro fundido e plásticos. Possui um sistema de haste cilíndrica (o diâmetro da haste é igual ao diâmetro da broca) e destina-se a utilização com berbequins em suporte e berbequins-aparafusadoras.
O risco de quebra é baixo, especialmente no caso das brocas com diâmetro inferior a 6 mm porque a broca é fabricada para ter um corpo altamente elástico. O gume revestido a óxido preto proporciona uma ótima remoção das aparas. A broca para metal HSS PointTeQ é fabricada segundo a norma DIN 338. A broca é do tipo N (ângulo do gume) com uma ponta de 135 graus.
